It's amazing what a warped mind and MS paint can do. I found the blank banner at one of those "make your own banner" sites while looking for something else. When they wanted me to register to get the banner, I simply copied the one they showed and removed the "Sample" in the middle of it. If you want I can Email you the blank or make one up for you.
