Stool Samples

Naw, not something from the Crater. I got some sample crat skinnin' stools. Visit a few hurricanes on a place with lots of red cedar, loose a mad man with a chainsaw on the results. Let cure for 14 months, bore, saw, glue and varnish. There you have it.

I think you could skin a lot of things on these things, crats came to mind. I dunno why.

I gad a friend in the BC interior who built log homes and as a side line made log furniture. His were of pine but yours look just as good as his did DD and he is a professional.

Was thinkin' about posting this at the Crater....figgered there would be some bashin' here and there. brucie will protest that I deprived termites of their rightful meal, never realizing that NOTHING eats the heartwood out of red cedar. Gotta wear a respirator when you work this stuff...bad for the bod and all that.

Oh, about 1300 board feet of milled lumber but no more stumplets. I don't know if I'm happy about that or not...in small quanitity I kinda enjoyed the whole deal, but I don't think I want to set up a production line.
