JerseyJoeMy 2009 trophies have arrived.
My animals were delivered today. Took just over a year to get them. Taxidermy was done by Splitting Image Taxidery in Grahamstown SA. My original plan was to have them done here in the states. The owner of the shop came to our camp and brought samples of his work. He convinced me and the 12 others in our group to use his shop. A total of 72 animals were turned over to him.
My animals were: Blesbuck, Common and Black Springbok, Impala, Kudu, Gemsbok, Blue wilderbeast and Zebra..
Here are some pics..

Smoker1Beautiful Trophy room!! Very well done. May I ask a few questions? What are the positions of your Gemsbuk and Kudu. Mine are still in the works and I'm having a problem deciding. How high are your ceilings? Thanks and again congratulations. smoker1

h kittleVery nice. It is good to see Mr. Long Beard right up there with the rest. For those that have never hunted turkey, they can be just if not more fustrating that trying to get a cat on bait.
