almostacowboyRichard Childress's Trophy Room on NASCAR Nation
On Speed Channel's NASCAR Nation tonight (8/1) they showed Richard's trophy room. OHHHHH, Man! It must be 3000 sq ft with 16' ceilings. 5 Cape Buffalo mounts, elephant repro, rhino full mount, and I'm not even denting the list. But, my
absolute favorite was when "the blonde" (hostess) pointed out first, the elephant repro mount, the actual ears with the Big 5 painted on them, and then, walking past an hippo tusk display, announced, "these are the actual elephant teeth! They're
HUGE!"

SevensDave, there are some impressive trophy rooms out there. The absolute most breathtaking trophy room I have seen to date is upwards of 8,000 square feet, has 25-30' ceilings. Everything, with exception of a few animals, is full body mounted. It's setup in a beautiful African diorama, seperated into various regions. It was like being on a safari and every animal is posing for you, from the smallest bushbaby type creature up to the giraffe and rhinos or the various birds strung to look like they are flying over you. The craziest thing is she, yes she, has at least two of every african animal (I counted 11 leopards). It was like she had her own personal Smithsonian. I sure wish I could say my trophy room was that impressive
