I am sorting out where to put up my trophies. I have about 20 euro mounts (horns only) and 4 shoulder mounts. I can put them on the first floor in the room off the entry with the plasma tv (ie where I live), which is about 16x16 sf, or put them on the third floor in a room that is essentially a cave/junk room, to be converted into the "guy room".

My wife is worried about the chemical smell from the trophies permeating the first floor. is this a problem, or does it dissipate shortly after preparation? Mine are in the attic so I donno.

Anybody have experience with this?

They should have no odor at all. And put them where you will see them the most so they will rekindle the memories

If you had the work done out of the country the smell is from the container being fumegated. It goes away. I have mine all over the house. Wife lets me go to africa no bitching I let her decide where the mounts go. What you call the guy room I call the penis room. By invite only nice place to be me, even better place to sleep after a fight.
