Saeco Bottom Pour Furnace Help!!!
I purchased an old Saeco furnace. It works great, but I'm a ladle pour guy. I would like to remove the bottom pour mechanism to make cleaning the pot easier.

Any great ideas on how to remove the parts and to reseal the hole.

Thanks

Mike

I use an old SAECO that I have had for years. Good pot. I saw, some years ago, that the Lyman--which was very similar--could be plugged by simply screwing in an approprately sized screw into the bottom of the hole.

The SAECO and the Lyman were the same, except the SAECO had higher quality makin's.
