Subject: MORALITY QUESTION
This test only has one question but it's a very important one. By giving
an honest answer you will discover where you stand morally. The test
features an unlikely, completely fictional situation in which you will
have to make a decision.
Remember that your answer needs to be honest, yet spontaneous.
Please scroll down slowly and consider each line.
You are in Florida . . . in Miami to be exact . . . There is chaos all
around you caused by a hurricane with severe flooding. This is a flood
of biblical proportions. You are a photo-journalist working for a major
newspaper and you're caught in the middle of this great disaster. The
situation is nearly hopeless. You're trying to shoot career making
photos.
There are houses and people swirling around you, some disappearing under
the water. Nature is showing all of it's destructive fury. You see a
woman in the water. She is fighting for her life, not to be taken away
with the debris. You move closer . . .somehow the woman looks familiar.
Suddenly you know who it is . . . it's Hillary Clinton!
At the same time you notice that the raging waters are about to take her
under, forever.
You have two options: you can save the life of Hillary Clinton, or you can
shoot a Pulitzer Prize winning photo, documenting the death of one of the
world's most powerful women.
Here's the question and please give an honest answer:

Would you select color film or would you go with the classic simplicity
of black and white?

Junior1942Believe it or not, all members of this forum aren't conservatives.

graycgLiberal or conservative has nothing to do with calling a b*tch a b*tch!!! All politics aside, Face it, she is!

Bad Ass WallaceI was raised with strict life morals one of which was "Never make money or fun of another persons misery".
Sorry but that is a shot I would not take B/W or Color!

ClarkJunior1942,
Your presence does not offend me.
I can listen to NPR on the radio in my car.
I can listen to the ABC news feed.
I balance that with right wing radio and Christian radio.
I have libertarian values.
I am aligned right now with conservatives because they have lost so much ground.
When people can loose their jobs for saying something that is not consistent with conservative doctrine, I will be voting liberal.
I can tell the pendulum is starting to swing, the Univ of Wash was all conservatives in 64, all liberals in 72, and now in 04 the conservatives just outnumber the liberals.

Scott17To be perfectly honest I would try to throw Dianne Feinstein and Rosie O'Donnel in with her and throw rocks at the whole bunch!

grumble,
Insofar as I would be trying to make an award winning photo, I believe that I would shoot digitally and later, make the decision on B&W or Color.

LeftoverdjTake the man's money, you do the man's job.
Job of a photographer is taking pictures, not saving lives, and personal feelings don't enter into it.
Same goes for the film. You go with the paper's policy.

DE HillyerHi All! Not to hijack the thread, but I am in wonder of Mr Wallace! ( Americans do like the Australians!) I know little of Australia except that it and it's people are enchanted! A friend of mine went there twice in WW2 and almost stayed. I am hoping Mr wallace will tell us more of his world. What is your life like? Etc....
05 March 2004, 12:50
ClarkWallace,
Is there a woman in Austrailia with political ambition that champions taking away guns and gun rights?
You feel love and kisses for her?

Do I have to use a 35mm or can I use a 20mm Vulcan? Then of course I have to think about all the dead fish I would cause because of her decomposing, rotted soul.

Bad Ass WallaceWe have one, Samantha Lee - Coalition for Gun Control Australia
The only reason her guts don't ooze out her arsehole is because of the huge vacuum in her head!
We had another, Rebecca Peters, a bastion who said all gun owners are criminals untill they dug up a drugs conviction on her. Then she pissed off to New York to live and today probably works with Hiliary to pass her witless ideals on you poor bastards.
Both these idiots used to run the slogan "Guns are only meant to kill people".
Then there was that big-titted bitch Linda Stoner, from Animal Rights, who said we should run around the hills catching kangaroos and give them a contrecptive pill to control the numbers instead of harvesting 6 million a year.
I mean we have 60 million kangaroos half of which are does, they can hop off road and through thick scrub at 40mph. How ya going to catch the pricks let alone give it a flamin pill.

N. S. SherlockIt is traditional to film the Wicked Witch of the West in color. ned, with the old fashioned view.

ClarkWallace,
I guess New York owes Australia one anti gun woman politician.
I think they should send you Hillary.
