Idaho Sharpshooterthe 311247 "BLK" Bullet moulds...
NOE is cranking them out as we speak.
240gr 1.3543" OAL flatnose spitzer bullet, plain base or gas check moulds.
Think of them subsonic making about the same ME as factory 44 magnum loads; BUT thirty in an unmodified AR magazine. AND, with a good suppressor, very low sound signature.
I have a 10.5" AR-pistol waiting for my mould delivery.

I have my milling machine all set up but not wired in yet. Soon as I can I m going to try my hand making my own mold.

Idaho Sharpshooter www.castbullets.comscroll down to "Closed Buys" and look for the 311247 thread.
Are you going to cut a cherry, or try your hand at writing code and lathe-bore, or go the tracer route?

I think I m going to pick up some square stock and start from there. I was thinking of doing on a mill for starters. For lathe I can do manual or CNC. I can draw it up in my own CAM software.
I m hoping to open my own machine shop someday.
Let us know when you get that mold in and how the bullets work out for you.

Idaho SharpshooterNOE took orders for over 100 311247 moulds, bot plainbase and gaschecked. Check back on the cast bullet forum in about two weeks. You will be able to read a dozen or more initial testing reports.
Good Luck!
