help finding a bullet caster in Northern PA

I am looking for a gentelman in Northern PA, somewhere around Coudersport, named Wiilard Halfert? He does business as AMOO EXPERTISE. I bought some bullets from him in the past, but cannot locate his card since I moved. Would love telphone number, but will settle for an address. I already tried searching for him in phone books on the web, abd no luck. Thanks for anyone who can help!
