Jay GorskiOrdered some 230gr. D&J bullets, now what?
They should be here on Tuesday, this is for my series'70', and I'm leaning towards using 231, that's what Ross Seyfried used when he was competing, but, is there another powder that'll work just as well, I want a clean burning and the most accurate powder I can get, don't we all. Titegroup sounds like it may work, need some 'expert' advise here, Thanks for the replies, Jay
231 and Titegroup will both be fine for 230 grainers in .45 acp as long as you're not trying to push the speed limit. BD

RicochetAccurate #2's a good option at factory hardball velocity level.

Jay GorskiI load only for accuracy with this pistol, don't feel the need to push them to the max for target shooting. If it were a 'carry' gun, that might be different. Jay
