100% Pure tin For sale
Ok guys, Sorry I have been away for a while. I still have the Tin I am wanting to Sell. Its in 2lb. Ingots.

Midway charges $17.38 For a 2lb Ingot plus $9.76 S+H.

I figure that I will sell mine for $11 per 2lb Ingot Plus Actual shipping. If you want a considerable amount, I can box it and ship UPS or if just a couple ingots, I would go with US mail or what ever you all want.

Let me knwow,

Midway is way overpriced. I get pure tin for $4 a pound at the BPCR shoots and no postage or tax. Current retail price should be around $6 a pound. Bill Furguson has it for $6 and if you get 20# or more it is $5.75.

I get my Tin from Ace Hardware. 95% Tin solder for $6 a pound, no shipping, and it's in easy to meter out wire.

I get 60/40 solder from the test tank at radiator repair shop for $0.10 (ten cents) a pound. It is what falls off a rad when the tanks are desoldered. It looks like gray sand. I melt it down and pour it into muffin tins. 2 1/2 pounds per ingot.

get it fast i got a couple hundred pounds from the local radiator shop and he said that he gets very little anymore cause most of the radiators comming out arent made of metal anymore. Best sorce of tin ive found is babbit. Salvage yards are a good sorce for it.

Head on over to the SASS Wire and try their classifieds section. Lots of casters and your ad won't get stepped on.

Sorry! Wasn't trying to step on anyone's toes. Just trying to alert anyone living near a rad repair shop of a source of tin.
