C358-180RF mod4

I got busy with school and didn't stay ontop of this as much as I would have wanted to.
The drawing isn't exact, my Autocad crashed at home so I modified the previous one in paint. I'll redo it tomorrow at school.
It has twice the lube grooves. This is real close to the LBT180 except the nose is shortened to .3". I loaded some of the LBT180's in my Rossi and they had problems feeding until I seated them down to .3" of nose out of the case.
I'll work out the priceing and post it. Does anything else need to change?

I have my check book at the ready.

Let's hear about prices!

The last time I counted, we had 15 people that responded they would get one. Lee want an order of 25 molds to waive the $100 setup fee. So if we split the $100 15 ways and account for shipping from Lee and postage from me then it looks like $46 includeing shipping to you. If we get 25 orders, then I'll refund the setup fee when I ship the molds.
I'll cleanup the drawing at school tomorrow and if there aren't any other changes then I can send the drawing off to LEE and see how many checks come in.

idahobronco@aol.com

email me here to get on the list and I'll send back payment info.

We've had a tenative offer to front the money for the extra 10 molds to make the order 25 and avoid the $100 setup fee. That would make it $41 with shipping and the extra's would be sold on ebay.

Don't send money yet until the details are worked out, should be soon though.

I have a word document that I can attach to emails to print and send in with the orders.

Don't use Paypal. They're anti-gun. Boycott them, don't support them.

Do a web search for reviews of PayPal. If you encounter problems you are screwed....

Okay the print is finished. I'll send this off to LEE to get on the waiting list. With the extra molds being funded we can avoid the $100 setup fee so it looks like we are at $41 includeing shipping per mold.

I don't have a paypal account.

email me at

idahobronco@aol.com

and I'll reply with a word document with the order form for shipping etc. I'll paste it into the email also just incase you don't have word.

When the checks start comeing in, I'll post the zipcode thing like has been done in the past.

I would like to get one of these molds.
Post the pricing and address for me to send a check.
I would also take a top punch if available.

It looks like I guessed shipping on the wrong side of the decimal point, so the price will be $41 for anyone who contacts me after today 2/25. If you have contacted me already then it will be $40 and we will let the slow pokes make up the pennys.

idahobronco@aol.com

email me here and I will send you the order form.
I will be sending the order into LEE for 25 molds so contact me soon. First come first served.

I forgot about those. I'll pickup a pile of them to use. I sent the order off to LEE today. As of tonight we have 25 molds spoken for. I believe that I have responded to everyone that has emailed or posted on this thread. If you haven't recieved an email from me with the order form, then send me an email to get on the list.
idahobronco@aol.com
I'm guessing that they will let me add more molds to the order up until they get cut but don't count on it. I'll post a ZIP code list as the checks come in. I don't do paypal.

Lar, the 6-holer mold box won't fit in the $3.85 "Flat Rate" envelope.

As I'm sure you've discovered by now, Lee will allow you increase the number of molds ordered up until they actually begin to cut them.

Box? We don't need no stinking box.

Least I don't. If it'll save a buck or two on shipping, throw the box in the trash, wrap the blocks in bubble wrap or newspaper, shove the mould in the flat rate envelope and the shipping difference in your pocket.

Lot rather see Lar get my money than the gubmint. Gubmint would only use it to hurt me, anyway.

I don't know what every one else is going to do, but I am putting something in the envelope as a thank you to Glenn for his efforts to put this together, and for the work it will be to get all mailed out. Just seems like the thing to do!
LouisB

Oh Grumble did you just put address labels on the Lee boxes and ship the molds on out that way??
29 February 2004, 06:16
grumble
For the bulk of them, I just addressed the boxes and sent them. Then a "mother hen" postmistress

found out about how I'd shipped them, and required the rest to be put into a big USPS envelope.

The Lee box says "Warning Inside," and she dicided that was some sort of postal violation, but that

the envelope would cover the warning, thereby making it postally ok. Go figure. Petty bureaucrats

have their own way of doing things, and it's usually easier to go along than to try to

do what makes sense.

Matt, e-mail sent. Just fill it out and mail it back. I put the order in for 35 molds, and I have that many spoken for. I should be able to add more up until they cut them.
While I had Pat on the phone I suggested that he make this a standard offering. who knows?
