Got my check in the mail, too. Haven't gotten my printer up yet, so I didn't get the form in it.

Ricochet there was a blurb in the instructs which said IF ya don't have a printer JUST send the detales by Email. No need to mess with a printer if one isn't handy.

Please don't abuse this offer guys... I got so much secretary'n work with this thang already...

Over 100 molds requested as of today.

That's fine Ed. Second 'form' was just a more printer friendly version... at least here it was..
