How about this:

Each day, first one to post starts a new topic named [ST 8/26] Which stands for Shooter talk and day. Each new days post, uses the same heading but the new date or ST 8/27 and so on. All the old gang can just tap on to that topic and add in.

Don't think we need to start it every day. I THINK every time some one posts, it jumps to the top of the list. So if we just keep posting, it'll stay at or near the top of the list.
