.366torqueCan Gen. 4 scopes or lesser be used for night pig hunts?
You guys seem to enjoy far more freedom, with firearms, than we do. So I figured this might not be far off.

RattlesnakerYes, I've killed pigs with a gen III NVD on top of a M700 .308 rifle.
The scope works better with a little moonlight. It actually looks like daytime with more than half a moon up. But I really like using it with no moon because you can honestly get to within 25-30 yards of a pig when it's that dark, maybe closer.
