Late posting.
Had a friend come out and hunt pigs with me a couple of days. We were in two different stands and no pigs were coming in to him so I went ahead and hit this one so he would have fresh pork to take home.

I was having computer and camera problems at the time. Shot was about 170 yards with my .300 Weatherby. Pig weighed in at 84 pounds.

Not real far. lol

shocker shocker The problem came in when we got ready to leave. I was fairly confident that it dropped on the spot, but by the time I picked my buddy up and got back to get the hog it was dark and between that and being out in the pasture and not at the stand, we walked around the silly thing for about 10 minutes before I realized the rock I had looked at with the flash light a couple of times actually had hair on it. Whistling beer

Yeah, I don't think my night vision is quite what it was in my 20's or 30's or 40's or 50's. I did get an 800 lumen Fenix a while back. Works like a charm.

Best
