Can I shoot, in a skeet Model 1100 with Imp, Mod. screw-in choke, Winchester ELITE PDX1.12 Defender load? This has 1 oz. rifled slug + 3 plated 00 buck pellets, 2 3/4 inches at 1150 velocity.

It would be used in case of need at our second go-round of trapping hogs. (First go-round netted 36, two of which I wound up shooting in the trap with our 6mm Remington. What a panic!)

In an IC choke I would think YES; but it may not hurt to call & ask a good gunsmith, or even the tech. help guys at Remington...

I say yes you can use that load with no problems. I sometimes set snares and use a set up for Skeet 12 gauge model 1400, improved cylinder choked loaded with rifled slugs for my emergency shooting. I also sometimes carry a Ruger Vaquero in 45 Colt or a 45 Auto.
