Got Skunked!

Went out this past saturday to try to get a nice hog with the bow and was skunked! Was perfect weather conditions and the water tanks were overflowing making excellent conditions for the pigs to come in and drink and wallow but it just didnt come together. I was packing my Mathews Drenalin and hoping to get one of the monster tuskers that I had talked about before in previous threads.

Figured I ought to post up and let y'all know im still alive!

Too bad that the hogs did not cooperate, but at least you were OUT THERE and enjoying yourself.

I hope it cools off as well, they are claiming achance of storms? We shall see!

& Thanks Bobby, I can't wait to knock a good one down again...its been too long. I think I may let the bow sit in the closet next time and ill grab the .450 hehe

Did you get anything? Sheesh im gonna need to sit down and sift through all the threads that have come up on this website...too much good stuff on here!

I may head out Sunday, Saturday im driving to Fort Worth to pick up my boat and then ill be back in town Saturday night.
