Let us know how it goes. Sounds like a blast. What load/bullet r u using in the .458? I've got a really enjoyable load for my 1980 vintage M77 .458 (405gr Rem at 1915fps) that's really accurate and pleasant to shoot. I'd love to bust some hogs with it myself as this rifle shoots like a dream with this load. With the iron sights I'm making 100% hits on 11"x12" steel plates at 200 yds.
