dustofferBig Boy Down~
Last sit at this spot I saw nothing. Tonight, I was in my seat at 7:50, feeder spun at 8:48, and this guy stuck his face in the corn at 8:50, only to die shortly thereafter--
Anyone got a guess on weight?
Has some toothiness-
Had a bone to pick with me, but tough!
Exit--entry can be seen in the first pic--
And, here's the south end of a north bound boar--
Here's the last pic with the "tool" for size comparison--

Charles_HelmMy guess is he is heavy enough that I am glad I am not dealing with him! Nice work.

SevastopolNice featherweight. What caliber? Is it an older one, or do the new ones come with the orange butt pad, too?

Bobby TomekHe has some length but is worn down quite a bit. It's really hard to guess from a photo, but I'd say 158-160.

dustofferSevastopol--that is an older FW--I think I've had it for 12-13 years and I bought it used from our LGS where it was on consignment from an estate--it's a .22-250 and it wears a Leupold 3-9 with a heavy duplex reticle.
Crazyhorse---a bit heavier than that--my scales called it 225.

Nothing wrong with that. With pictures I have a harder time guessing than if I have loaded or helped load the damn thing.

dustofferUnderstand---when he walked into the feeder pen, my first thought was "calf" but one peek thru the scope and no doubt.

Live OakNice one! They don't do much rooting in those rocks do they?

K EvansNice pig, I would have guessed a bit lighter but they are usually pretty solid. I shot a polka dot one last weekend, cant get pictures to post. I imagine the dove hunters will have the pigs moving a bit around our area star starting tomorrow.

dustofferI pulled the cards at the spot I bowhunt and had a mob at 2 of the 3 stands. Middle of the night and no lights but if they keep coming, it may be a shotgun night--

Charles_HelmGood hunting -- chase them when you can. I am lazy -- too hot for me still.
