georgeldno hogs????????
Wow, another week and no hogs anywhere?
You guys sleeping, or just not getting out?
They eat everyday---somewhere. Just need to
find out where and do the JOB on 'em.
Good luck and be safe doing it.

dustofferGeorge--I went Sunday evening and saw only 3 pretty nice whitetail bucks, no hogs.
I have had a hog in the trap twice this week -- door closed, corn eaten, but no pig when I drove up. Last night got him on camera--as late as 7:15 this morning, but when I drove up at 7:45, trap was empty. 3 big wallows in the sandy soil inside the trap, and sand on the crossbar above the gates, so I figure that's where he's getting out and I put a piece of chain link-fencing across that escape route. Won't set it again for a bit to get him comfortable---
Here's a picture which shows him in the trap and the crossbar above the gates behind him. Picture is partially blocked by the bungee cord securing the camera.

georgeldGood sized hog too.
You'll get it yet.
Just figure out how to keep the escapee
in the cage.
Things like that are fun to solve, aren't they?
Good to hear you're still at 'em.
