Live OakCanned boar
My children chipped in for me to buy a suppresser. I did not have anything to put one on so I bought another 375 Ruger Alaskan with the brake. Ruger can not thread the thing with a common suppresser thread leaving me to find an adapter. Paper work got messed up a couple of times but finally to the ATF. The ATF only took a week to ten days to approve it. The suppresser reduces recoil a lot better than the Ruger brake! Most times I can call my own shots. Short stubby barrel does not change POA with or without it!
Feeder went off two bodies showed up. One was in front of the lights so I could not really tell what it was. It was too dark to be a deer but it just kind of wandered off. Second got in the light and the can kind of popped! 101.8 pound boar.

Live OakA Dead Air Primal. It will handle up to .458. Advertised as versatile good down to .22LR. I have not shot it without digital HP, next range session I will.

Bobby TomekWell-done! I've often thought about a suppressor but never pulled the trigger on buying one, so to speak. Thanks for the info.

Bill/OregonI wish they weren't so expensive and the paperwork so completely ridiculous.

Live OakThere is really a push on to get suppressers off the Class 3 list. ATF is doing the approval fast. I am sure there is an arterial motive for the speed now! Lets face it, you don't a suppresser if you do not own a firearm. They can kind of guess what you own by the type and number of suppressers you buy!
