Out last night for a sit here locally--noticed all the cows up and feeding in the pasture on the way out so I knew the pigs would be active. At 9:11 the first one showed up and died. He was flopping around a bit so we sat and waited for 10 minutes or so and a second one came in. Had to have herd the gunshot but guess he was dumb enough to come see. And, he died too. 3 shots in three days and 3 dead pigs.

Nice! Have had a rough couple of days and haven't been checking outside at night, but I am hoping that changes tonight.

I did eliminate two large copperheads in the yard a few evenings ago.

Out today with the mower and weed eater to clean things up a bit. Checked the cameras and had 13 under the feeder one morning about 7:30 and a couple of solo boars coming in between 9 and 10 PM so looks like it's my turn now.

I've got a fast action 5 shot late model Mauser bolt gun that could thin those out for ya.
