Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have been asked to add a forum for hog hunting, so here it is.
I picked Walterhog to be the Forum Leader - just so we keep everything in the family

BoghossianHi,
WOW those are real pigs! Can you give me some weights, the one with a little boy in the background looks like a real hog!
BTW were they shot in open areas, as the pic with the jeep seems to be in a field. My friend explained that a lot of hunting is done by night and near water, is that how you hunt??

nainitalSolvi: most Argentine wild boar hunting is done at night, shooting from blinds over waterholes. In some hunting locations you can also stalk the pigs during daytime and a very difficult hunt it is!. Drop me a line if you want more info
Regards

StonecreekThanks for the excellent new forum, Saeed, but it's spelled "javalinas".

nainitalIn Spanish we find "jabalinas" and in English "javelinas". By the way, I guess that you mean the peccaries.
