I recently sent a 20 yr old Swarovski 3-12 x 56 scope to the SONA service center to have the tube and rubber eye guard replaced. This poor scope has been on so many different rifles it looked like it washed up on some beach after being washed downstream from the mountains.
I was quoted $300 for the work, including parts and authorized the repair. Well, I got it back today (4 weeks later; the tube was an old style that had to come from Germany) and under terms of payment it said "warranty". They didn't even charge me for return shipping.
You sure couldn't ask for anything better from a company!
