Older Weaver V 1.5 - 4.5 Specs?

Buddy is looking at one online but isn't sure the diameter of the tube. Anyone happen to know? Pretty sure it's 1" but want to make sure.

I have had two, they were 1" tubes.

I have one. It's a 1" tube.
