Does anyone know if Talbot Scope Mounts is still in business? I bought a Ruger 10/22 target that has a set on it. I would love to get an instruction manual and if possible find a gunsmith with knowledge of their mounts.
Efforts to reach Talbot have been unsuccessful with no info on the web after 2015.
It is my impression their facilities were somewhere in Michigan.
