Is anyone familiar with the Hughes bore sight telescopes by Leupold. I purchased two such scopes for a reasonable price, FX III 12X40 #32814. I can't seem to get the scope capes off to adjust the scopes. What gives? Anybody have any experience with them?

The end panels on the Leupold box say,
