Leupold RX800i rangefinder
Hi all,

Been looking at this rangefinder and it seems like a good deal for the money.

I know it has the TBR function but can anyone tell me if you can select for the actual line of sight distance too? This would really be a benefit for me as I can use it for work.

And secondly can you switch between yards and metres pretty easily or is set up for yards only?

Thanks!

My friend had one of the Leupold rangefinders a few years ago, though I don't remember the model number. It sounded good but didn't work worth a pinch of hoot owl dung. If you just want a LRF that will give actual yardage or meters between two points and work like it is advertised without cleaning out your wallet you should check out the Newcon optics line. Newcon makes many models and you can find what will do what you need that will work as expected without over spending.
