Is it possible to upgrade a "old" VX-III 1,5-5x20 ill to new?

Leupold have a new illumination diod etc on VX-III , it works during days ! I have an 1 year old VX-III 1,5-5x20 I use for driven hunt scoop
!It is ok but ill do not works during days, do Leupold upgrade the old ones to new standard?
