Scope freezing lesson-Shilen Swap Meet

Jackie Schmidt will give a class on how to freeze the internals of a BR scope to prevent POI change. It will happen Oct 27, 2007 at approx 9:30AM. Yes you will need good external adj bases or rings when you do this. www.shilen.com

Which brings up a question, what external adjustable bases are the guys using for that set up?

Dwight Scott, from Michigan designed a "bending beam bar setup that is manufactured by Jerry Simison in Minnesota and sold by Gene Bukys in Crosby, Texas. I have pics of mine that I can email if you are interested. Bob Brackney in Arizona makes a micro adjustable setup, and Arnold Jewell designed a set that is sold by Jim Foster in south Texas. I believe that Jim has been on at least one of Saaed's Safaris and Dwight has been on many of them. Saaed may even have experience with them.
