I installed a z5 3.5x18x44 with ballistic turrets on a rifle. I went too pull the coupling on the elevation turret off and broke a piece of it. I called swarovski told them what happened and that I needed too order a new part. They took my information 2 days later I had a brand new complete turret set up at no charge. It shows that there are still companies that stand behind there products and appreciate the customer.

bt8897I have never had anything but top tier service from Swarovski. I personally believe they set the standard for customer care. It might be the best not only in the optics industry, but across all industries. I never hesitate to buy Swarovski, they will take care of you
