ArminiusMinox???
Hello!
I consider buying a Minox 1,2 - 6 x 24.
It´s only 354 Gramm, illuminated!!
What are your experiences with Minox scopes?
As this will be a driven hunt scope, I am mostly interested in mechanical reliability.
Regrettably they have discontinued the 1,5 - 8 x 32. But it had no illuminated reticle, anyway.
TIA, Hermann

Savage_99The name lettering on the Minox I had was so large as to spoil the look of the scope on my rifle.
I returned it.
Show the part # of the specific scope or a picture.
Get the 'power' or optic that your eye likes instead of what someone else says.
When we go to the doctor they ask us what lens we like!
Do that with your optics.

rnoviGood scope for the money but I did not like the slight fisheye to the glass, the reticle is too thin and vanished on me and the eye relief was too short.
Leopold or Leica work best for me.

Robert

ArminiusI didn´t like the ( for me ) "big" dot in the center.
I like my reticles clean and uncluttered and with a fine crosshair in the middle.
With finely tuneable illuminated dot, of course.

Johnny rebI recently got the 1.2x6x24 and put it on a 416. It seems too be a good scope for the money.
