Since Leica has come up with the Geovid I have grown very fond of them. I think it is one huge step ahead to have a range finder integrated into the binoculars.
Lately also Zeiss is offering some models of their Victory line with an integrated LRF.
What I don't understand is why companies like Leupold don't make anything of that kind.
For day use I'd be very interested to buy a pair of medium quality binos with this feature for a price which is a little more moderate than that of the Leicas or Zeiss.

Funny, I still cannot find the RXB IV on the Leupold page just like that. When I go to "Rangefinders", the product is not listed. Only your direct link or a search for "RXB IV" gets me there.

I think it is discontinued by Leupold. May be a replacement is on the drawing board? You may want to look around to see if you find one in a dealer's stock.

You can also take a look at the Bushnell Fusion 1600 line of range finding binoculars, available in 12x50 and 10x42.

Seems like it is discontinued indeed. I have read a desasterous review about the RXB. It obviously had severe problems with battery life.

Also found the Bushnells. But they don't really appeal to me. I'd much rather have something in the 30mm lens class.

I bought the Leupold. I'm a Leupie fan, but that thing was an absolute POS. I returned it for a full refund. I now have the Swaro rangefinding monocular.
