RetiredFireOlder Tasco scope
Hello,
I purchased a 22-250 from a friend who is going thru a divorce at a good price. The scope I think is junk. It's a Tasco 3x9x32 model #624V. Is this scope suited for a 22-250 or should I trash it?
TIA

CSHPut in on something else and shoot it 'til it breaks, then give it a kid. Kids are fascinated with riflescopes (as are many grown-ups).

adrookIf it is one of the older Japanese made Tascos it may be a pretty good scope. I have had a 4-16x on a .243 varmint rifle for over 20 years and really like it. The newer ones, however, are pretty bad.

And so just exactly what is a good price on a divorce? *LMAO*
Sorry -- It's the editor in me!
Here's a link that might help you evaluate the quality of the scope:
