I have a Simmons 3x9x32 Prosport Master Series that I had problems with a couple of weeks ago. It was stuck on 9x. The dial would move, but it didn't change the power. I called Simmons and the rep. gave me an order number and told me to send him proof of purchase, the scope, and $10 for shipping. I e-mailed my proof of purchase from SWFA on 1-21-08. I hadn't gotten around to mailing the scope. Yesterday, I got home and there was a new scope sitting on my doorstep. I haven't heard from anybody at Simmons. I'll call and see if they want the $10 for shipping. The scope shouldn't have torn up, but it's a little comforting to know they will replace it if it does. Just wanted to let ya'll know.
