Anyone own one of these and if so how do they like them? Have you ever had to use their factory service as well? Thanks

Rusty Marlin
We (at a previous employer) had one that was passed around and tried on a few different guns. (mostly semi-auto .223's)

The general impression was... I'm not impressed.
The most often heard comment was "its too dark". There was a polorizing filter on it that could be adjusted and even when "open" it was a pretty dark image.
It was hard to pick up targets really quickly.
At further than spitting distancethe aiming point took up a lot of target space.
We never "hurt" it so I have no feed back on the factory service. The one we had looked and felt tough, just plain rugged. But the dark image turned us off.
