Any of you ever hear of a Charles Harvan scope? I've got a Savage Model 99 coming that's topped by one (4x with post and cross hair). Never saw or heard of one before and wondered where it might be made and what kind of quality to expect. Not an issue if it's a throwaway, pleasant surprise if it's as good or better than a period Weaver. But any information would be appreciated.
