anyone tried one, how do you like it?

No ; How ever the 5X20X44 SF are just peachy !. I liked it so well I bought another one .
So far the 7 Mag nor the .223 have done any damage to the mounts or the scopes . I used original Tikka Mounts , because everybody said they didn't stay put . I bought Tally mounts just in case but so far I've seen NO ILL EFFECTS .

They're not the best looking mounts I'll go along with that .

Thinking of getting one of those...also their 3-12, and possibly their 4-16...I have a Monarch 3-9 and love it...much prefer it to my Leupolds...but the Zeiss Conquests are my favorites...

I have the BDC reticle 4-16x42mm new Monarch. Very good scope for the money. Small exit pupil

I think the 2.5-10x you are considering would be a great big game scope.
