Kahles Helia S 1.1X4.5x20 Lens Covers

I am trying to locate lens cover for this Kahles without luck. Anyone have an idea?

I located a chart at Midway that had Butler Creek covers according to the size of the objective and eyepiece, as opposed to the model of scope.
