hairbolWhat optic to use?
About to start a new build. 340 Weatherby or something similar on a well tuned 375 length Whitworth Action. Barrel maker and contour not yet decided. A killer piece of English Walnut on the accurate innovations frame. Now what scope to use. I can use a Swarovski PH 3-12 with TDS, A Swarovski Z6i 2-12 TDS, or a Zeiss Victory FL 4-16 RZ-800. What say you? Other suggestions?

GeorgeSI would pick the one with the most practical eye relief, and mount it so that it does not touch your brow when shooting prone.

ghostrider272Longest eye relief of the three scopes for a rifle of that caliber.

hairbolAll, not trying to be snooty. I've picked up the Swaro's that I mention over the last 5 years when an exceptional deal showed up with Doug or elsewhere. I in fact don't have the Zeiss, but was considering it.
