Tritium front sight for Remington longguns?

I KNOW it exsists, I've SEEN one on a used rifle....

What "It" is is a replacement front sight blade that looks exactly like the factory remington sight blade EXCEPT it has a tritium insert.

Does anyone know who makes/made it?

I'm not looking for those massive combat sights that are all the rage nowadays, just a stock looking front sight blade with an insert.
