I recently purchased a 300 Weatherby Mark V that has a Steiner 3.5-10x50 Hunter Z scope mounted on it. The scope is very nice and clear and seems of very good quality. I have done a bit of research on the scope and can not find much about them. I did find one article that mentioned Leupold built the scopes for Steiner. I do not know if they used Leupold parts or Steiner parts to build off of.
Any feedback or knowlwdge on the Steiner scopes would be appreciated.
