Sunshine@ Gerry
Thank you but I don´t want recticle no. 1 - and the telescope isn´t new.
@ozhunter
Schmidt & Bender doesn´t make a 4 x 32 anymore.
@mouse93
How became the recticle stuck? How much do you want for it? It would need to be posted to Ferlach. I wonder who would be able to fix the telescope, I have an address in Germany but to send the item from your country to Germany and from there to Austria seems to be quite a story...

mouse93I have no idea why the reticle got stucked - got it as a gift, I have also spoken with authorized Zeiss optitian here and he said it is no problem to fix it - they have done it before - it would took 1 week and it would cost app. 100€.
How much? Sunshine if you find a noble duty for that scope and won't resel it, it is yours (as it is ATM) and you will buy me a beer someday - BTW I will be passing Jo'burg this Saturday - if you have anybody to pick it up at terminal A (international) let me know today - I will be at the computer till 15 hrs CET.

Allright - together with Sunshine have pull it through - scope was posted to to Zeiss that fixed it and sent it back to Hambrusch that mounted it on this beauty:
I am quite happy to help a fellow hunter especialy as the scope has found it's way back in the field to serve its purpose. Sunshine may it serve you well

. And at the end - IMO all above wouldn't be possible without AR - another example of great purpose by this site!
Hey, what a SUPER story. Mouse, you are a gentleman in the finest meaning of the word!

Mike, I fully agree with you, Mouse is an extremely fine person. He not only provided me with the Zeiss telescope free of charge, he even paid the postage to Zeiss Wetzlar Germany!
I had been searching for a Zeiss 4x32 for a hell of a long time - Mouse, thank you once again for your great helpfulness. I´m looking forward meeting you personally.
