jangiliScope mounts for 510 Wells
Due to aging eyes, I wish to mount a Zeiss 1.5-4.5 x 18 Diavari-C on my 510 Wells rifle. This is an original Wells rifle s/n 426, on what appears to be a Magnum Mauser action. The action is drilled and tapped to accept mounts. I need to source the appropriate mounts for the scope and rifle.
Any advice or contacts would be much appreciated.

GeorgeSAs this was a custom rifle, there is no reasonable assumption to be made.
You can try contacting the successors to Mr. Wells at 0001-928-445-3655 to see if any records exist for that rifle (it may provide information as to what mounts the receiver was drilled to accommodate).
If no information is available, measure the hole spacing on each base and ask Talley Mfg. 0001-803-854-5700 to provide rings, and bases drilled appropriately (this assumes flat mounting surfaces on the bridges).
