I just sent back an old Leupold Mountaineer 4x scope that started fog up on me and Leupold replaced it with a brand new FX-II 4x gloss. I hated to see the old scope go but I'm glad that the company backs a product that is 60 years old

MJinesI have sent two scopes back recently for various issues, fogging on one and a focus issue on the other. Leupold was great about promptly getting them fixed and back to me. The service is great . . . although I would have preferred not to have any issues to begin with (they were both scopes that were less than fifteen years old).

bwana cecilI have sent 3 scopes back to Leupold, all 3 times the scopes were repaired and returned to me within 10 days.
Great service.
