Zambia Trophy Fees

A hopefully simple question. Does Zambia now operate on a straight trophy fee basis, or do they still require you to buy individual licenses for each animal in advance that can be partially refunded (re-sold) if you are unsuccessful? Or, am I confusing Zambia with so other country?

Zambia used to be that way but now they are on a straight trophy fee basis like Zim or Tanzania.

I can see you being confused as DuPlooy's trophy fee list is titled "Game Animal License fee" but be assured there are no additional trophy fees above and beyond these listed License fees.
