ivan cartermartin ,
gracy travel has a girl now in house (shawn) who will pre-arrange all the necessary and have their guy bruce standing by to meet clients , if they are first timers , particualarly nervous and you want to have them literally met at the door of the aircraft email me and i will let you know how to make that happen, they will be met there and then helped through customs and immigration , you then hook up with the rifle clearing guy and go through that process , it will cost about $500 for both ..not necessary for most but some people who are nervous on their first trip this added service is well worthwhile.

MARK H. YOUNGmartin,
I highly recommend you do as Ivan suggested and have your clients book their travel through Gracy Travel. With Christy at Gracy Travel pre arranging the RSA gun permit (clients do not have to even fill out the actual SAPS forms), the simplicity of transitting the new terminal at JNB and Gracy's Bruce helping with meet/greet/luggage and SAPS O.R. Tembo is a breeze. These days. The RSA permit and all the service costs you only $100.
If your guys are not using Gracy for some reason I've had excellent luck with Air 2000 and Riflepermits also. Cost is higher but they can walk your guys through the whole process.
Mark

Magnum Hunter1Me, with a couple of $20s or a $50. Works like a charm.
Seriously, I have only had to stay overnight once in J'burg and I used Afton and stayed there. Very smooth.
