If the .45-70 Gov't. requirement is out, I'm in. I'm picking my companion if I win. If that's a problem, I simply won't buy any tickets. This needs to be made clear before things go much further. John has an excellent point in this regard.

The first buff raffle had the winner picking their own observer so I would think it would be the case again.
