Congrat's Sprig on three awesome trophies. 9hrs of tracking for a 44.5" buffalo, there's gotta be a great story to go along with this! What did you think of Dave, would you hunt with him again?

Dave is the best. He is an animal when it comes to walking. Knows every bird in the bush.
Excellent around the fire. The memsab really liked him. I would hunt with him anywhere for anything. We will go to Mulabesi next year for Leopard and Sable.

He left for Banglawelu for Situtanga (sp) when he left us. He is booked for the rest of the season.

Male Pintail,

Those are some great animals. I visited the Zambia (South Luanga National Park) in 2001 when it was closed to hunting and saw some great animals there. Looks like I will have to put Zambia on my list of places to hunt.

Again, great animals, especially that buff!!!

Bulsprig,
Are you sure your bushbuck only went 15 1/2? I would have guessed well over 16 ;possibly even 17 inches Eeker
Outstanding trophies. All of them!

Bullsprig, awesome, buff and bushbuck. I hunt Zambia in Sept for buff also. I hope to take a bushbuck, puku, warthog, and possible a hyena while there. I can only dream and hope to take trophies like yours. Well done.

I assume your safari was a fairly short affair so that makes your bag and trophy quality even more impressive. Well done!

Great trophies Bullsprig! The Luangwa Valley is the best kept secret in Africa today, and is my all time favorite place to hunt Buffalo. There are huge numbers of Buffalo, good populations of Lion, and tons of Leopard. The Luangwa River is crawling with Hippo, and Croc, a mix bag hunt here is great on as short as a 14 day hunt!

That Buffalo is a real keeper!

Mark, I hunted 10 days and took eight animals.

I will post the rest of the pictures when I do the hunt report. It was my first time to do pictures so I only tried 3 and they were my best.
